• Remove vehicles from the driveway

• Remove Bins

• Remove dead plants and leaves

• Mow the lawn

• Clean Doors, windows, patio and Garden Furniture

• Close Doors and windows

BEDROOMS / LIVING AREAS

• Open Curtains and Blinds

• Make beds

• Plump up cushions

• Remove clutter from under the bed

• close all cupboards and drawers

• Turn TV off

• Hide all remotes, kids toys etc out of sight

KITCHENS

• Clean worktops and empty the sink

• Hide towels, cutlery, utensils, and oven gloves

• Move bins and any pet bedding and bowls out of sight

• Close all cupboards / drawers

• Remove all fridge magnets

BATHROOMS

• Toilet lids to be down

• Clear counter tops

• Remove towels from rails or radiators

• Pull back Shower Curtain

• Ensure toilet brush and toilet rolls are presentable

• Remove any bins

Home Staging at Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Birthdays

Please ensure all decorations are kept down for the photo shoot, especially at Christmas as it dates the photos.

Empty Properties

Empty properties still require same level of home staging, ensure clean tidy and all clutter removed

360 Tours

With 360 everything is on show, please ensure all clutter is put away, use garage or shed as we don't need to show the inside of garages.

Personal Data

Please ensure any personal data is not on show when photography shoot is happening, put all letters, bills, certificates & photos out of sight.
